AffiliateCreatorz ("AffiliateCreatorz", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at affiliatecreatorz.com and the AffiliateCreatorz platform, an application for creators, influencers, and affiliates to discover affiliate programs, organize affiliate links, and track performance (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

The Service is currently in development. Today the website offers an early-access waitlist; as platform features launch, the practices described below for accounts and connected platforms will apply to those features.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

• Waitlist and contact information. When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect your email address, whether you signed up as a creator or a brand, and anything you choose to include in your message.
• Account information. When platform accounts launch, we will collect the information needed to create and secure your account, such as your name, email address, and password credentials.
• Profile and workspace content. Information you add while using the platform, such as the affiliate programs you follow, links you save, notes, and channel details.

Information collected automatically

• Log and device data. When you use the Service we record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser user agent, and the date and time of the request. We use this for security, spam prevention, and to operate the Service.
• Cookies. The website does not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If the platform later uses cookies beyond what is strictly necessary to operate it (for example, to keep you signed in), we will update this policy and provide any required consent controls.

Information from third-party platforms you connect

The platform is designed to let you optionally connect social and content accounts so we can show your own content and performance data inside your workspace. If and when you connect an account:

• We receive only the data you explicitly authorize through that platform's consent screen, limited to the permissions you approve. Depending on those permissions, this may include your platform user identifier, display name, avatar, and information about your own content and its performance.
• We use that data solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to display your content and its performance in your dashboard. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
• We handle data from each connected platform in accordance with that platform's developer terms and applicable policies.
• You can disconnect a platform at any time from your AffiliateCreatorz settings, and you can also revoke our access from within the platform itself. When you disconnect or revoke access, we stop collecting data from that platform and delete the platform data we hold about you as described in Section 5.

2. How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To contact you about early access and, once you have an account, about the Service itself.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent spam and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for third-party advertising.

3. How we share information

• Service providers. We use infrastructure providers (such as web hosting) that process data on our behalf under obligations of confidentiality, only as needed to run the Service.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or AffiliateCreatorz.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We never share data received from a connected platform with third parties except as described above, as permitted by that platform's developer terms, or with your explicit consent.

4. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy: waitlist information until you ask to be removed or the waitlist is retired; account information for as long as your account is active; and log data for a limited period for security purposes. Data received from a connected platform is retained only while the connection is active and is refreshed or deleted according to that platform's requirements.

5. Deletion and your choices

• Waitlist removal. Email us and we will delete your waitlist entry.
• Account deletion. When accounts launch, you will be able to request deletion of your account and its data; we will honor requests within 30 days except where we must retain data to meet legal obligations.
• Connected platforms. Disconnect a platform in your settings or revoke access from the platform itself. We delete the data we received from that platform within 30 days of disconnection or a verified deletion request.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we hold — including transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls, and storing signup data outside the public web root. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

We operate from the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States. If you use the Service from another region, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice (such as on the website or by email). Continued use of the Service after a change means the updated policy applies.
