Privacy Policy

LANDD Consulting LLC ("AffiliateCreatorz", "we", "us", or "our") operates affiliatecreatorz.com and the AffiliateCreatorz applications on its subdomains, including app.affiliatecreatorz.com (the "Service"). This policy describes information handled by the public website and by the creator and brand tools you use. Access and features can differ by account; a feature described here is available only when enabled for you.

1. Information we collect

• Waitlist and correspondence. Your email, creator or brand selection, selected brand offer interest when provided, submission time, IP address and browser user agent when you join the website waitlist; and information you send us in a message.
• Accounts and access. Your account identifier, optional channel handle, settings and sign-in records. Google sign-in gives us your Google identifier and email address, not access to your Google content. Brand email sign-in uses your email and a temporary sign-in link. Account access may also use an access key provided by the Service.
• Workspace content. Content you provide or save, such as text, research materials, product information, ideas, drafts and preferences. Personalization features may use written examples you supply; they do not create a biometric voiceprint.
• Brand workspaces. Business contact details and materials that authorized users provide to manage their workspace and collaborations.
• Credentials you choose to provide. If you use your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key, we protect the stored key with encryption and use it for the requests you initiate. You can remove it in the app.
• Operational information. Technical, security and usage information needed to operate, protect and support the Service, including requests, errors, timestamps and usage charges or allowances.

2. Photos and video analysis

Photos you select

When you choose photo analysis, we receive resized copies of the selected photos. The selected AI provider processes those copies to provide the feature you request. We may save resulting descriptions, your responses and generated content in your workspace. The feature is not intended to identify people or infer sensitive personal characteristics.

Photo copies may remain temporarily for related media features you request. You can remove them sooner using the available deletion controls. Failed analyses discard the copies.

A video you select

For video analysis, the original video stays on your device. We receive selected images and technical information derived from it, and audio when transcription is available. OpenAI processes audio for transcription; OpenAI or Anthropic processes relevant analysis inputs. The screen explains the applicable processing before you submit. Reports and transcripts may remain in your workspace until you delete them or your account.

Temporary video-analysis files are removed after processing completes or fails. Other temporary photo and analysis files are subject to automatic cleanup once they are older than one day; service interruptions may delay removal. Our storage practices are separate from an AI provider's retention described below.

3. AI and media services

When you request an AI feature, relevant inputs go to OpenAI or Anthropic, according to the provider and key used by that feature. Inputs can include your text, writing samples and preferences, product information, research materials, photos, video stills, measurements or transcripts. OpenAI handles audio transcription. If you request generated media, relevant content is also processed by the media service used for that feature.

OpenAI and Anthropic state that API inputs and outputs are not used for model training by default. This does not mean providers keep no data: their own retention, security and legal exceptions apply, and settings on a key you supply can affect handling. Our deletion controls remove our copies; they do not automatically erase provider logs or files held by a rendering service. See OpenAI's API data controls and Anthropic's commercial data policy.

4. Public platform information and optional authorization

Some features use publicly available information from platforms such as YouTube and Instagram, including public profiles, posts and activity information. This is distinct from private account information you authorize us to access.

Where an optional platform connection is available, including TikTok Business/TikTok One, we receive the account information and permissions you authorize and the credentials needed to maintain that connection. Sign-in alone does not grant access to your social content or authorize posting.

To revoke an external connection, use that platform's controls and contact us to remove the stored connection information. Revoking access and deleting retained information are separate actions; contact us if you also want the retained information removed.

5. How we use and share information

We use information to provide the tools you request, authenticate access, save your work, return AI results, deliver requested sign-in emails, support your account, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

• Service providers. Hosting, email, AI and media-processing services receive information needed for their part of the Service.
• Workspace access. Authorized personnel can access records for administration and support. Brand workspaces may receive aggregate activity reports; those reports do not disclose your private drafts or individual account activity.
• At your direction. You control copies you download, share or post. A media file returned as a link can be accessed by others who obtain that link, subject to the rendering service's controls.
• Legal and business reasons. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security, and transfer information in a merger, acquisition or asset sale subject to applicable protections.

6. Cookies and browser storage

We use browser storage and essential security cookies to maintain access, remember preferences and support authorized connections. Clearing browser storage or forgetting an account on a device does not delete the account from our servers.

The public website uses Google Analytics to measure visits, which sets cookies and sends technical information such as your IP address and pages viewed to Google. We do not use third-party advertising pixels on the website or app. Hosting logs and our own operational usage records still exist. Pages that load external resources, such as Google Fonts, send a request to that resource provider, which can receive technical information such as your IP address.

7. Retention and deletion

• Waitlist and messages. We keep these while needed to manage access or correspondence; you can request removal by email.
• Creator workspace. Saved work remains until you remove the relevant item or delete the account. Account deletion removes your creator workspace and associated access information, stored model key and analysis uploads. Certain operational records, aggregate information or research records may remain where needed for the purposes described in this policy.
• Brand accounts. Contact us to request deletion of a brand workspace; creator self-service deletion does not delete a separate brand workspace.
• Public-source information. Temporarily retained public-platform information normally expires after 30 days. Public information that is not specific to your workspace may remain until its scheduled expiry after your account is deleted.
• Credentials, logs and provider copies. Stored connections remain until removed or replaced. We retain necessary security, usage and business records while needed for their purposes or legal obligations. Provider-held copies follow the provider's own rules.

Email support@affiliatecreatorz.com for access, correction, export or deletion requests, including records not covered by an app button. We may verify your identity before acting and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including protected connections, access controls and encryption for stored provider credentials. No system is completely secure. We operate from the United States; providers may process information in other countries under their own service terms and safeguards.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can investigate and remove it.

10. Changes and contact

We update this policy when our practices change and update the date when the revised policy is published. Material changes will receive additional notice as appropriate.
