Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at affiliatecreatorz.com and the AffiliateCreatorz platform (together, the "Service"), operated by AffiliateCreatorz ("we", "us", or "our"). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AffiliateCreatorz connects the two sides of affiliate marketing: it helps creators, influencers, and affiliates discover brands and programs, keep affiliate links organized, and see how their links and channels perform — and it helps brands find affiliates and creators to work with. The Service is currently in development; today the website offers an early-access waitlist, and platform features will roll out over time. We may add, change, or remove features as the Service evolves.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and you may not enter into affiliate relationships that require legal capacity you do not have. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Waitlist and accounts

• Joining the waitlist gives no guarantee of access; early access rolls out in batches at our discretion.
• When accounts launch, you are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly at support@affiliatecreatorz.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Connected platforms

• The Service may let you connect third-party social and content accounts to display your own content and performance data inside your workspace. Connecting an account is optional.
• Your use of any connected platform remains governed by that platform's own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with them.
• We access data from a connected platform only within the permissions you grant, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with the platform's developer terms.
• You may disconnect a platform at any time. AffiliateCreatorz is an independent product; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform.

5. Affiliate activity and disclosures

• The Service helps you organize and understand your affiliate activity; it does not create an affiliate relationship between you and any brand or network. Your participation in any affiliate program is governed by that program's own terms.
• You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and rules that apply to your promotions, including advertising-disclosure requirements (such as the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States) and each platform's branded-content rules.
• Program details shown in the Service (such as commission rates or cookie windows) are informational and may be out of date; the affiliate program's own terms always control.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent, including misleading promotions or undisclosed advertising;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or interfere with its operation;
• Access the Service by automated means (scraping, bulk collection) except through interfaces we provide;
• Use another user's account, or share data from the Service that you do not have the right to share;
• Upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights or violates any third-party platform's terms.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the content and data you add to the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We claim no ownership of your social-media content or your affiliate relationships.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service — including its design, software, and branding — is owned by AffiliateCreatorz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as allowed by law.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO PROMISES ABOUT EARNINGS: NOTHING IN THE SERVICE IS A GUARANTEE OF AFFILIATE INCOME OR BUSINESS RESULTS, AND NOTHING IN THE SERVICE IS FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFFILIATECREATORZ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AffiliateCreatorz from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your affiliate activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service, leave the waitlist, or (once accounts launch) delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7 through 13) survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law where you live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice (such as on the website or by email). Continued use of the Service after a change means the updated Terms apply.
